This series of poster designs aims to promote various public facilities, encouraging community engagement and well-being. Each poster highlights a different theme, such as Run, which promotes public health services like gyms, parks, and sports facilities, encouraging physical activity and fitness. The Relax theme focuses on libraries, green spaces, and cultural centers, emphasizing the importance of mental wellness and relaxation. The designs use vibrant visuals and clear messaging to inspire residents to take advantage of these accessible services, fostering a sense of inclusivity and promoting the public amenities available to everyone in the community.
Context:
For this poster series, I started by hand-sketching ideas in my sketchbook, exploring how to visually capture themes like Run for gyms and public health services, and Relax for libraries and cultural centers. After refining the concepts on paper, I transitioned to Illustrator and Photoshop to digitally create and enhance the illustrations, giving them more depth and vibrancy. Once the artwork was polished, I moved into InDesign to arrange the final layouts, incorporating text and graphic elements. This allowed me to mock up the completed posters, ensuring they effectively communicated the promotion of public facilities to the community.
